Unopened hardware may be returned within a stated window of delivery. Devices that have been licensed, married to a VIN, or used to flash a vehicle may not be returnable — this is a limitation of the device manufacturer, not a policy choice.
Custom calibration work and consumed support time are non-refundable once work has begun. Unconsumed support minutes may be refundable at Alpha Tuning Solutions's discretion.
