Last updated 2026. Governs all text messages Alpha Tuning Solutions sends you.
By checking the SMS opt-in box on our website or in your account, you agree to receive informational text messages from Alpha Tuning Solutions related to your orders, appointments, support tickets, and account — for example: order confirmations and status updates, tune/support ticket status changes, appointment or pickup reminders, and two-factor authentication (2FA) / multi-factor authentication (MFA) verification codes used to confirm your identity when signing in or securing your account. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
Message frequency varies based on your activity (orders placed, tickets opened, appointments scheduled). You will not receive messages unrelated to an order, ticket, or appointment you have with us.
Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan. Alpha Tuning Solutions does not charge for text messages.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further texts. You can also opt out any time by unchecking the SMS consent box on your account profile page, or by emailing [email protected].
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at [email protected] or 208-369-6034.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change at any time without notice. Alpha Tuning Solutions is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier or device.
You are never required to agree to receive SMS messages in order to purchase products, services, or support from Alpha Tuning Solutions. Opting in or out of text messages has no effect on your ability to use our website, portal, or place an order.
